College of Saint Mary (CSM) invites applications for full-time Nursing Faculty to join our exceptional team. CSM is seeking educators who are committed to student success and inspired by teaching in a mission-driven, student-centered environment.

Our positions include:

• Practical Nursing Faculty
  • Full-time position teaching 30 credit hours annually (August–July) in the Practical Nursing program
  • Start date: May 2026
  • Required expertise: adult medical-surgical nursing; additional experience in women’s health, pediatrics, and/or psychiatric/mental health nursing preferred.

• Nursing (Practical Nursing, BSN) Faculty
  • Full-time position teaching 30 credit hours annually (August–July) across the Practical Nursing and Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) programs
  • Start date: May 2026
  • Required expertise: adult medical-surgical nursing
• BSN Nursing Faculty (anticipated opening)
  • Full-time position teaching 24 credit hours per academic year (August–May) in the BSN program
  • Start date: August 2026
  • Required expertise: adult medical-surgical nursing

Our Ideal Candidate’s Education and Experience:

• Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) or current enrollment in an MSN program is required.
• Current, unencumbered Nebraska nursing license.
• Commitment to pursuing a doctoral degree.
