Kimball Main Street Market, a leading retail grocery store in Kimball, NE, is seeking a skilled and experienced Meat Cutter to join the Legacy Coop team. As a Meat Cutter, you will be responsible for cutting, trimming, and preparing various types of meat products for our customers.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES (include but not limited to):
- Cut, trim, and prepare various types of meat products according to customer specifications
- Ensure all meat products are of high quality and meet food safety standards
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Provide excellent customer service by assisting customers with their meat selection and answering any questions they may have
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure efficient and timely completion of tasks
- Follow all safety and sanitation procedures
REQUIREMENTS:
- 2+ years of experience in meat cutting (ideal)
- Strong knowledge of different cuts of meat and their preparation methods
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks
- Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods of time
- Food handling and safety certification is a plus
