The Council Bluffs Schools Foundation mission is to provide financial resources and support to benefit the children, families, and staff of the Council Bluffs Community School District.  In pursuit of our mission, we administer the following programs:

• Alumni & Friends Network connecting, engaging, and informing supporters of the Council Bluffs Community School District
• STARS Scholarship Program supporting low-income adult parents in Pottawattamie County with financial, social, and emotional support as they purse college degrees
• Kids & Company providing school-aged child care for students and families in the Council Bluffs Community
• Scholarships supporting graduates of Council Bluffs Community School District with college scholarships
